| Description: | This test is designed to evaluate whether a patient's breathing will be affected by high altitudes (i.e., airplane travel, mountain climbing, and travel to Reno or Tahoe). |
| Test: | The patient will breathe air from a machine that simulates high altitude. |
| Length of Time: | Approximately 1.5 hours. |
| Preparation: | Eat a regular breakfast/lunch and drink plenty of fluids. |
